  • YES! Customers outside of the US are responsible for shipping and any customs fees.

  • We drop new items on Friday's at 7 PM EST. You can read our Instagram captions and stories for what’s dropping and when. Head to our Instagram and turn on post notifications so you don’t miss the next drop. @deecollectionco

  • YES! Customs are available on my website. If they’re sold out, add your email to the waitlist! Be mindful that you pay in two separate payments, and that I DO NOT replicate past creations.

  • Everything we make is one of one, meaning it’s the only one of its kind and will never be made again. That’s what makes buying from us so special, you’ll never see anyone with the same item you have.

  • We can make any size you need for custom creations! Sizes for drops are posted as measurements to ensure accuracy since we do not accept returns/exchanges.

  • Payment plans are through Afterpay. If you purchase your item with a payment plan, your item ships right away. Contact Afterpay through their website or app to see if you qualify.

  • NO. This website is the only place to buy my handmade, one-of-a-kind creations.

WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS, EXCHANGES, OR CANCEL ORDERS!

No returns or refunds for any reason. No canceling of orders once they are placed. Once tracking numbers are sent, the whereabouts of the packages are entirely out of our control.
